The room was clean. I did encounter some noise from outside which disturbed my sleep at times. Nevertheless, the complimentary breakfast was good with fresh options available.

I was upgraded to a well decorated queen room with 2 queen bed. The venue's position was central.

The front desk -- Heather, Barry, Amy -- was completely unable to understand and remedy a double-billing problem. We stayed there on a Sunday (March 25, 2012) and called to discuss/remedy the fact that both my husband and I were billed for the same two rooms (E.G. billed for twice as much as we owed) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, patiently explaining the problem with no results until we spoke with Sarah, who apparently eliminated the duplicate charge on my (Mary Douglas') bank statement. It has yet to show up, but we are hopeful. The Hampton Inn in Rocky Hills, ct said, when told about the problem, that we should not have to pay for the night in light of the Inn's motto.

This hotel was just a proper fit for a fleeting trip in Ithaca with best value for money ratio. I had a relaxing stay and appreciated the proximity to beautiful state parks. For better sleep, avoid rooms on the side facing the busy street.

it is at a big road (not so quiet), there is no garden. breakfast is excellent but indeed all plastic plates and cups.

The venue was in a central location short walk to a suburban-style commercial shopping area, parks and places of interest, and the stores/restaurants down below the hill. Buttermilk Falls State Park district was worth visiting.

The queen room was equipped with an alarm clock, radio, and tea/coffee maker. The indoor swimming pool was refreshing after long days out. I enjoyed the fitness center too. Amenities like cots and ironing facilities added to the comfort of my stay. Breakfast featured freshly made waffles, a nice touch.

Clean and spacious room. Bed is comfortable. Sofa bed is also ok. Nice breakfast provided. Fresh coffee/hot chocolate all day.

Room is clean but not the newest. Gym is too small. Pool is good for small children only and not large enough for exercise.

Having a good variety of breakfast foods was a plus. The room we had was on the back of the facility so there was less noise. The housekeeping staff was absolutely wonderful and so polite. Overall, a very nice Hampton Inn.

Wish Hampton could offer suites instead of single rooms as this would have worked better for three adults in the room. Offer guests transportation to shopping areas or places of interest. A small chocolate candy on the pillow at night would have been nice.

Breakfast included fresh pastries and good coffee. The room was spacious and stocked with nice bath products. The reception staff were cute and helpful . The overall atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I appreciated the modern decor throughout the hotel.

The staff we met, from the front desk staff, to the breakfast help, to housekeeping were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and the rooms were comfortable.

Woke up to the aroma of fresh pastries that filled the breakfast area with delight. The staff radiated positivity!
